How do I know N.H.R.B. is a legitimate
business?
This
is a great question for all Internet
businesses. We are in our 18th year
of operations and have only marketed
through the Internet for the past seven
years. We are a "Brick and Mortar" business,
located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and strongly
recommend you visit the Better Business
Bureau "Care" link.
What
is the difference booking a room on the
Internet versus booking directly with
you by phone?
The
rates are the same as is the inventory.
The only difference is a 5% handling
fee for a telephone reservation. However,
if you book online, you can book at
your convenience, anytime, and save
5%.
Because
your rates are so low, are the rooms of
lesser quality?
No!
Definitely not! Our rooms are standard
"run-of-the-house" rooms and no different
than higher priced services. Our volume
of reservations affords us the lowest
possible rates at our hotels.
What
are your hours of operation?
Our
reservation department is staffed seven
days a week, Monday through Friday from
6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and, Saturday
and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Pacific Time).
Is your Internet site secure?
Yes,
we process our charge card reservations
through a secure socket layer providing
you the utmost protection. We don't
even see your card numbers as they are
encrypted.
What
charge cards do you accept?
We
accept Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, Carte Blanc, Diners Club and
JCB cards.
I
don't have a charge card, can I pay by
check?
Yes,
for future reservations over thirty
days in advance we accept personal or
business checks. For reservations 10
days to 30 days before the arrival date
we require a cashiers check or money
order to confirm the reservation. Please
call our center at (800) 827-1817 for
further details.
Will
I receive a confirmation?
Yes,
for every reservation we take, either
by phone or online, a confirmation voucher
is mailed to you either via email or
snail male, whichever you prefer.
Can
I have my voucher mailed to a different
address?
Yes.
If you prefer to have your voucher mailed
to a different address, via snail mail,
please contact our Customer Service
Department at (888) 750-7562 and we
will gladly forward your voucher to
you.
Can I book a Group of Rooms?
Yes,
however, groups of ten (10) rooms or
more are handled by a special group
department specializing in securing
the best possible group rate. Many hotels
have special requirements for groups
and must be booked separately from individual
reservations. Please refer to our Group
Request Form and you will be contacted
by a Group Specialist shortly.
Can
I book my car rental or airline reservations
with you?
We
specialize in hotel reservations at
the best possible rates. We offer airline
reservations through TravelNow
and Car Rentals through Alamo
Car Rental. We believe to leave
the car and airlines to the specialists.
We specialize in hotel rooms only, and
are great at that!
Why
is my charge card being charged at the
time of booking?
Rooms
available are from our contracted inventory
with our hotels and we are responsible
for payment of all rooms we generate.
To guarantee the rate and a room upon
your arrival, we must confirm and pay
for all rooms at the time of booking.
Can
I book a room for someone else?
Yes,
however, the name on the charge card,
and the mailing address must match the
billing address on the charge card to
receive a confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our
standard cancellation policy is simple,
and quoted online with each reservation.
"Cancels up to three days prior to arrival
are subject to a $30 processing fee
and a 5% handling. Cancels within three
days of arrival are also subject to
the first night's revenue to the hotel.
Is
there a charge for changes in a reservation?
Date
changes are subject to a $30 processing
fee to reissue the necessary paperwork.
Additional nights are only charged for
the room rate and not any additional
fees.
Can
I receive my confirmation via fax?
Yes,
a call to our customer service department
at (888) 750-7562 and we will gladly
fax a confirmation voucher to you.
